Major Remodel – We are excited to share Lush Remodeling and Developments Premier Project, a major remodel of an Brentwood Los Angeles home. Lush professionals redesigned the entire backyard to transform an existing space to our speciality – a beautifuly designed functional backyard. Our skilled contractors built a triple deck and installed a custom sauna and jacuzzi. All electrical was rewired underground and connected to a retaining wall. To bring life to the yard Lush contractors also installed 4000 sq ft of high quality turf. A sleek build of concrete stairs connecting the top patio to the yard was designed to add an extra level of space. The pool coping that is used to separate the pool structure from the pool decking was also transformed by Lush Remodeling. A unique part of the job which was also a big project was the smoothing out of the new stucco that wrapped around the entire backyard.
